Intraceuticals Oxygen Facial: The Celebrity Skin Secret Revealed

One of my resolutions for the New Year is to try as many new things as possible.  First on the agenda are a series of "exotic" facial treatments.  I'm fortunate to have finally overcome my chronic, persistent acne.  There's a breakout here and there that deal with, but overall, things are going extremely well.  This now gives me the opportunity to visit skin centers in search of treatments which elevate my skin, not just deal with reoccurring issues.

Lately, I've been hearing buzz of a fairly facial treatment first made famous by Hollywood celebrities.  I don't think it's a new treatment per se, but I do see it getting lots of press lately.  Celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Naomi Campbell, Jennifer Lopez, Eva Langoria,Victoria Beckman and so many others have raved about the benefits of this type of facial treatment.

The facial delivers super nourishing ingredients through the use of hyperbaric oxygen directly to the skin.  Nutrients permeates further into the skin using this method versus resting on the top layer via manual application.  The result is skin that is hydrated and revitalized from a deeper level than your typical facial.

An Australian based company by the name of Intraceuticals is recognized as the best of the best when it comes to oxygen infusion.  I'm dying to try the Intraceuticals treatment which bathes the skin with hyaluronic acid along with vitamins A, C, and E, green tea extract and more. The tool they use to apply their serum deep into the skin looks similar to an airbrush machine.  Apparently, this process provides instant results that build up with each treatment.

Ultimately, I would love to have the luxury of proving myself this treatment at home. Many celebrities have purchased their own machine to give themselves a treatment as needed. Makes much more sense, to me, to make an invest up front and enjoy the benefits of the oxygen facials indefinitely than to keep paying a Medspa for facials.  Until I find I find the right at home machine (and believe me, I will), I will secure an appointment at my local beauty spa to sample the experience and see if it's worth all the hype.

Oh, before I go, let me also mention that Oxygen Hair Therapy is a thing.  I'm researching the merits of this and will dedicate a full post to it in the future.

You can do a search for how you can find local spas in your area that offer oxygen facials here.
